Day by day itinerary
Day 1. Welcome To Costa Rica
First you have to arrive at Juan Santamaria International Airport. Upon arrival at San Jose Airport, you will be greeted by one of their representatives who will explain your itinerary, answer any questions you may have, and provide you with a voucher package and information about your trip. Transfer to the Radisson Hotel and free time at leisure.
Day 2. National Park Of Tortuguero (B, L, D)
Their exclusive trip to Tortuguero from San Jose is an amazing experience where you will enjoy a pleasant bus transfer to the town of Guapiles. Along the way, declared by UNESCO in 1988 admire the pristine rainforest of the Braulio Carrillo National Park and Biosphere Reserve. Crystal clear rivers and magnificent waterfalls will be part of the scenery you will enjoy during this short transfer. Once in the town of Guapiles, you will stop and enjoy a delicious typical breakfast.
Upon arrival at Pachira Lodge, enjoy a refreshing cocktail and a delicious lunch. After getting your room, feel free to explore the area and visit the museum, the beach and the small and picturesque town of Tortuguero. Upon arrival at the lodge, a delicious dinner will be served.
Day 3. Tortuguero (B, L, D)
Discover costa Rica vacation package flavors at breakfast at PACHIRA LODGE. Get ready to hike up Tortuguero Hill or travel the famous Tortuguero Canals and have the experience of a lifetime in this unique paradise of magnificent flora and fauna. Enjoy a delicious lunch at the lodge after the tour,. During the afternoon, take time to explore our private trails, take a boat ride on the canals or just relax. Then go for dinner at the hotel.
OPTIONAL NIGHT TOUR: Walk along the beach and admire the nesting of green turtles (July to September).
4th day Tortuguero – Arenal (B, L)
After breakfast check out of the hotel and transfer to our next destination. Midway and after lunch you will meet your shuttle bus and continue overland to Arenal where you will arrive at their accommodation for the next two nights.
